Twelve and a half years ago, I did the hardest thing I’ve ever done: I stopped drinking. Sobriety turned out to be a doorway, not a destination.

For a long time I was sober and still searching. Still filling hours badly. Still carrying strained relationships, financial stress, and the same internal noise I used to drown in a glass.

I know what it feels like to be high-functioning on the outside and completely hollow on the inside. I know the specific, quiet panic of wondering whether a calm, stable life is even possible for someone like you.

It is. I found it — not in a textbook or a program, but in the slow, deliberate work of building a life I no longer wanted to escape from.

My coaching is not therapy

 It is a grounded, practical, and deeply honest process for people in recovery who want more than a sober streak — who want clarity, stability, and rock-solid self-respect. We focus on the real Framework of your days: your routines, relationships, money decisions, and inner dialogue.

I don’t work with people because I’m impressive. I work with them because I’m real. I’ve spent over 4,500 days navigating the same marital, financial, and emotional terrain you’re standing in right now. How I Work

Every engagement moves through three phases. Not as a rigid programme — as a natural progression.

Presence

We start here. Learning to slow down, regulate, and respond instead of react. Most people in recovery are still running on old wiring. This phase is about interrupting that pattern and building a steadier baseline.

Mindset

Once you're steady, we go deeper. Understanding the thoughts, patterns, and behaviours that have been shaping your choices — often without you realising it. This is where real clarity begins.

Joy

The phase most people in recovery never reach. Building a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and genuinely worth maintaining. Not just surviving. Actually living.

Sessions

One hour. Once a week. Private and focused on your real life — not theory, not motivation, not performance.

I walk alongside you — not ahead of you. You are the expert in your own life. My role is to support, challenge, and hold you accountable as you build something stable and real.

This isn’t just about sobriety. It’s about sustainable recovery.

Working Together

I offer one-to-one coaching in three formats:

All coaching is one-to-one. One hour. Once a week. Real conversations, real tools, no performance.

You can begin with 30 days, continue to 60, or commit to the full 90-day journey. Each level stands on its own — and most clients choose to keep going once they feel the shift.

Level 1
30 Days

Presence

This phase is about helping you feel safe in your own head again — building emotional regulation, interrupting reactive cycles, and establishing the daily structure that makes everything else possible.

By the end of 30 days you’ll feel calmer, less triggered by everyday life, and able to see that a different way of living is actually available to you.

Level 2
60 Days

Mindset

We work on the thought patterns, habits, and relationships that have been shaping your choices. This is where identity starts to shift — where people begin to feel quietly proud of themselves again.

By the end of 60 days you’ll think more clearly, react less, and feel tangible forward momentum in your day-to-day life.

Level 3
90 Days

Joy

We move beyond sobriety into a life that actually feels good — reconnecting with meaning, building confidence, and creating a future you don’t want to escape from.

By the end of 90 days you’ll trust yourself more deeply, feel emotionally steady, and be living — not just abstaining.

This is a different kind of engagement — not a programme with phases, but a long-term partnership built around sustained accountability, ongoing clarity, and a relationship that compounds in value over time.

Most people who reach this level have already stabilized their foundation. They know what steady feels like. What they want now is someone in their corner for the long haul — as life gets more complex, more ambitious, and more worth protecting.

Because the sobriety you’ve built is the foundation everything else stands on. This tier exists to protect it.
